Side or Quarter Beef
You get to custom design how to get the whole, side or quarter beef cut. Our sides of beef range between 300 to 450 lbs. Our quarter beef are half of the side. The price includes the cutting and wrapping and you charged on the rail weight (the weight of side before it is cut). Enter 1 as your order and we will contact you for instructions.
These cattle are raised to AAA standards and under 2 years old.
